Customers may return or exchange the purchased items within 14 days from the delivery date under the following terms and conditions:
• Items purchased at the stores can only be exchanged or returned at the stores.
• Items purchased online must be exchanged or returned online and returned via shipping for a pick-up fee or dropped at any store for free. Pick up fee will be refunded for products with manufacturing defects.
• All items must be accompanied with the original purchase receipt and must be in the same condition as of the time of delivery.
• To protect our customers, and for health and hygiene purposes, some items are not eligible for return nor exchange such as but not limited to: make-up products, beauty tools and accessories
(such as but not limited to nail tools, clipper, trimmers, hair brushes and combs, hair extensions), creams, lotions, oud products, incenses and
the like; on the condition that these items are clear of any original manufacturing defects.
• Perfumes and Cosmetics may be returned or exchanged, according to this policy, as long as the items have not been opened and are still in the same condition as at purchase.
• For monetary refunds resulting from customer requests to exchange, return, or amend any order, are issued as a store credit.
